Help Question about nexus tablets and free data for life 200mb plan

I have a lot of questions about the 200mb fd4l data plan.

Which lte/3g/4g enabled versions of the nexus 7 (both years 2012 and 2013) are compatible for the fd4l plan?

As far as the FD4L plan goes i have the following questions:

1) what happens after you use 200mb?

Are you throttled or cut off?

2) on this plan can you share the data from your tablet (thats on the 200mb plan) to other devices?

My reason?

I want to run a network of connected smart home devices that will piggy back off of the 200mb data.

Not sure if i would go over 200mb a month considering i wouldnt use the tablet for anything else but a wall mounted controller. (i wouldnt use it to surf the net)

For this purpose im considering the nexus 2012 (lte) if it qualifies for the plan and they throttle versus cap

From what I understand, any Nexus 7 that has the bands to work on T-Mobile should be able to get the 200MB free data. After you have used up your 200MB your data is cut off. You can use the 200MB to set up a hotspot.
