Question about quoting on the forum

Lately when I try to quote something someone has said it breaks the quote up.

For example:

First paragraph here

Second paragraph here

When I go back in and edit my post to put the two areas together it just ignores my edit. I even tried taking the two paragraphs and putting them together like this...

First paragraph here... Second paragraph here

But it still seperates them. I guess it's not THAT big of a deal but it's annoying and I feel takes away from the flow of my post (and therefore of the thread).

Also, this problem just recently started for me (yesterday or today) so I don't know what's wrong. Please help =(
