Apps Question about Retro Defense

I was wondering how does one create a maze like those in Retro Defense? I'm currently trying to create a tower defense game and I need help in creating a mazes like those in Retro Defense.

I think I have to draw it out manually using the onDraw method. But is there any simpler way of doing it?
