Question about TEP

If I make a TEP claim and pay the deductable, will the ESN number on my old phone still be good? I'm going to to report it as damaged; not lost of stolen.

Also, does TEP cover scratches on the screen?

A damaged phone will most likely have to be returned. I think they kill the esn on a lost

they want the bad phone sent it in! if not.. they will charge you for the new full priced phone!

if lost.. the esn will be bad.
