question about the Facebook app

Does anyone know why the Facebook app from the Android market looks different than when I click on "See Comment Thread" from my email from Facebook on my Optimus V phone?

I believe its the mobil browser view. (Not the app its self.)

Yea, when you click on the link in the email it'll take you to the mobile version of the site via the web browser. It will look totally different to the app.

I tried the app' once and got rid of it... The mobile version in the browser is much better.
