Question about usage on a different network

I am under contract with Verizon and have the Note 4. I am no longer in a position to afford their plan and have to move to a prepaid plan. I have discovered that I can pay a small fee for an unlock code for my phone to transition to Straight Talk. My question is, will I still be able to enjoy the same 4G LTE since the phone was initially bought under contract? Or once I unlock my phone, move off Verizon, will I then be unable to be on a 4G network?

Yes, you can.

Straight Talk is a Verizon compatible service.

I don't know the rules on Straight Talk though, I am a Verizon customer only.
