Question about using headphones and charging at the same time

First off I am sure that this has been ask before however my phone keeps acting and wouldn't allow me to real search for it.

My question is if there is a dual charging port that allows you to charge and use headphones at the same time? I have tried Amazon and it seems they do make devices but they are for headphones

I am going back to project fi and I am looking at different phones.

There was supposed to be one available on the Google Store but after months of "coming soon" status the listing was pulled.

There are third-party ones... but I haven't read of any being compatible with the Pixel 2. The Pixel phones don't use the alternate mode to present an analog audio signal through the USB-C port and so rely upon the headphones or dongles to have a Digital-to-Analog Convert (DAC) built-in. The inexpensive dongles don't have DACs in them; they will only work with phones which do use that alternate mode, and the same goes for all the dual-port adapters I've seen.

I'll second @psionandy's comment re: Bluetooth. I've been using Bluetooth for all my audio needs for years (even before I lost the headphone jack) and I haven't looked back.

Any phone charges faster when it's off. Using a dedicated headphone jack is slower. Getting your music from YouTube adds video so you're charging will be even slower than that.
