Question about wallpaper/problem

Hi, my new incredible switched wallpapers last night back to the default colorful one from the all black one I had set it to. I've tried to change it but no matter what I change it to it stays the default colorful one. The weird thing is that if I change it to a live wallpaper it works, but a non-live one it won't change.

Is this problem common?
