Help question for apex launcher users

I bought the pro version because of the notification count. I can't figure out how to make its display the count using stock email app.is there a way? The description doesn't specify only Gmail app.

I doesn't look like it's an available feature. You can always suggest it to the developer. They have a web page just for doing that.
