question for Bell Mobility users: I think they're screwing me

Ok so here's the story. I started my account with Bell Mobility on March 21. My billing date is on the 12th of every month. From March 21 - April 12 I was shown to have used about 280 MB of data. Very heavy browser use during certain days but not much else.

I just checked my account after the April 12 reset and I'm already being shown to be at 173 MB of data in 6 freakin' days. Again, mostly all browser use, hardly any actual downloading of apps etc. And the plot thickens...

My data use for some reason did not reset on the 12th, it reset on the 15th, but yet they refuse to admit it. I don't know how accurate the data use monitor built into the Android settings menu (under Data Delivery) is but it's showing me far less than what Bell is showing.

The rep has tried to tell me it's an error on Bell.ca yet Bell.ca has actually been showing me the same as what she told me my usage was showing on her system.

Have any other Bell users encountered what they think are bad data use readings from them?

Just FYI I have all my sync operations turned off / set to manual in both my android settings and my individual apps. People tell me that I should be able to get a month out of 500 MB / month plan no problem if all I do is surf websites but this sure isn't looking like they're right.
