Question Mark Symbol?

Hey errybody. This may seem like a dumb question, but would anybody happen to know what this question mark by the service bars is all about?

This is a dual-SIM phone? That looks like a SIM indicator. Usually it should show "1" or "2" or perhaps a solid colour indicating which SIM is in use. Have a look in the SIM management settings "SIM card manager", there might be an option for how a SIM is identified. Are you able to make calls and do wireless data OK?
