Is there any way all the prices for apps in the Market can be shown in USD? I can't buy any app listed in euros with my AMEX saved in Google checkout.

Worked fine with my VISA saved to Google checkout.

Yeah, only Visa or Mastercard can be used. AmEx and Discover aren't available (I tried both before entering my MC). I don't know if they can be used for purchases in euros elsewhere in Google checkout but not in the market.
