Question on dark themes

I installed Nguyen's P Black theme a while ago. Today I had to install a new contact and realized that all of the field labels were missing. Such as "Street", "City", "State", etc. (See attached screenshot of new address fields)
My question is for anyone that installed Mark Bencze's dark theme.
Are your labels still there? Thanks in advance.

I did check, but "More" adds other categories. What I boxed was after tapping "+ address", which gives an additional address. It isn't the main categories that are missing: such as Address, Phone Number, etc. It's the fields within the categories that are gone. So when adding a new address, I don't know which line is street or neighborhood or state, etc.

Lucky for me I haven't purchased Bencze's theme yet. I had bought a different black theme from Nguyen:

Just my luck. That's why I should never assume!
I wrote to Nguyen and he said he'd look into it. If he doesn't, I guess I'll get the one you bought.

UPDATE: Nguyen is a very nice guy. He said he will fix the theme tonight. Doesn't get any better than that.

I'm not sure what the differences are. The only one I can tell is the wallpaper. Your theme has an all black wallpaper and mine is black with a little turquoise at the top. I think I'll ask Nguyen, that way we'll know for sure. I'll let you know when he replies.
UPDATE: He answered in less than a minute. Here it is:
"Different ảe Icon, quicksetting icon, setting icons..."

When he answered my question, he said there would be a little delay on my fix. He said the theme that you use developed a crash issue that he had to fix first. I told him that I understood. A few days isn't going to matter.
 
I don't want to pester him, but I'd like the update. I thought of buying the one Pit has because its only a buck & ½, but then it's the principle of paying someone for not following through. :thinking:

I tried tapping on the XDA themes, but they're not downloadable and they're not a link. (unless I screwed up)
