Question regarding samsung repair center?

I had sent my galaxy s8 to the repair center for Screen burn problem . And they sent me the problems they found and the problems they fixed. The problems found and the problems solved will be down below.

Original Problem:
SCREEN / DISPLAY - LCD / TOUCH PANEL / LED - LCD DISCOLORATION

Problem found:
NO POWER UP - NO POWER UP - NO POWER UP

Solution:
REPLACED LCD - REPLACED COMPONENT


So can anyone explain me what does the no power up means. I am a bit confused.

"NO POWER UP" means there is no response from the power button. Do they tell which component they replaced besides the LCD screen?

They just told me that they changed a component.

Perhaps the "component" was the power switch?
