Why would my Android phone show up on my home network as two different devices. Using two different device names, IP addresses and Mac addresses? It's as if my one phone actually is two completely different phones sometimes it shows up as one and other time another?

Maybe it's appearing as different devices for the two WiFi bands, 2.4GHz and 5GHz? The MAC addresses are different, because more recent Android versions use MAC address randomisation for security.
