questions about apps and disable

Hello new to this forum. I recently bought a Zte zmax 2 from att store to use with my cricket service. I noticed n the app drawer I didn't see a option to hide or unhide apps. Just wondered of I was missing it or it's just not available. I know most other phones give you the option. Even older ztes I've owned. Second like Samsung and my other Zte you can go into your app manager and disable apps you don't use. Force stop, disable and turn off notifications. I noticed it will let me for some but google chrome and google+ the zmax phone doesn't let you like the other Zte did. Just looking for answers in case I missed the options thanks in advance.

If you need to hide apps you could always install a 3rd party launcher like Apex Launcher and hide them.
