I've been using Kit Kat for a couple of weeks and it seems to be working well. I do have a couple of minor problems once in a while though -- like Skype crashing. So I figured I'd try the Factory Reset. But I'm hesitant because it took me a while to get everything all set up the way I like it.
So I'm wondering if there's a way to make the FDR and subsequent re-setup easier. I see the following options on the FDR screen:
- Back up my data
- Automatic restore
What do those do exactly? If I use them does that mean I don't have to individually install all my apps? Or is it not recommended to use those options since that may defeat the purpose of doing a full reset?
