Help Questions about hearthstone.

I'm new to the game like extremely new to the game! And I have a few questions about it...
So let me start by asking this: is this game cross platform? I mean like when can I play from my phone against someone on a PC or iPhone?
My next question is: can I sign into my account on my PC and still have my cards packs? I spent money on the single player missions and kind of want to be able to play it on PC....

My last question is more of an issue with the game. It crashes a lot. Hearthstone will just suddenly kick me out of a game or tell me internet is disconnected and start me back at the start screen. Every time this happens I have internet connection. Is there any fix for this? It makes arena mode unplayable because it counts it as a lose which you only get 3 of....

Is your Internet connection solid and stable? Also switching between WiFi and 3G might throw you off the game's servers. Also it might just be a server problem, try again later. If it continues, could be worth you contacting the game company.

WiFi or LTE... Where I live internet speed is bad! My old place I was getting 20mbps for about 20$ now I'm paying 40$ for 4mbps.... And to top it off I only get that late at night most the other times its only 1mbps!
You think it could be my WiFi?
