Questions for Chrome users

Blame it on me
Hey guys. I have been using Chrome for a long time but I still have two issues with it.

First of all, I hate when the Omnibox auto-completes my search query using my previous search history. For example, if I search for chromespot and later want to search for chrome, I get the results for chromespot again. I have only noticed this fairly recently, might have been an update. Is there a way to deactivate that behavior?

The second issue has been happening for quite some time but it wasn't like that before. I'll post a screenshot of the Lounge section using Chrome and another screenshot using the latest IE, you will see the difference.

IE:

Chrome:

The behavior from IE is the one I would want. ;)

Thanks guys.

As for the first issue, I would assume there's an option in the settings to not autofill. Actually, I'm 99.9% sure there is, because I think I saw it. I like the feature, though, so I leave it there.

As for the second issue, I've noticed that as well, but it didn't bother me enough to try and figure out how to fix it. Sorry I can't be of more help.

The only autofill option I found was the one to fill web forms with a single click. It was not activated since I do not use this.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one experiencing both of these "issues", thanks for the reply. ;)

The indentation's seem to be a coding error in the Chrome Browser. I wouldn't know about how to fix that, until they fix Chrome itself, because I use Firefox, and it looks like IE (in means of the look). I just tested it out on Chrome and I get the same thing.

As for the Omnibox, I think you're pretty stuck with that...I may be wrong....might be something to well..."google"....sorry I know...
