Questions on apk's and Sprint Navigation.

Is there any way to find out when a newer version comes out for your apk app? I havent found an actual website for apk files, its pretty much a game of luck on google to find an apps apk to install on the phone.

Im also looking for sprints Nav most updated version apk. Any idea / links?
