Quick prepaid question

Hi, I'm currently with tmobile, but I am behind on my bill. Would I be able to unlock my phone to use boost? I was paying $108 a month for a service I don't need... Would I have to pay tmobile 1st or what are my options? I have the sg3.

T-Mobile (GSM) uses a different technology than Boost/SPrint (cdma).

Example: t-mOBILE Sim cards where Boost/Sprint does not.


NO, you cannot use a GSM phone on this network.

My friend gave me his used sprint iphone 4. I was able to factory reset it, I should be okay to go to a boost store with it, correct?
