Help Quick setting question

Android Expert
I think I lost a Quick setting. I was using my phone and noticed a gap. I'm pretty sure all the spaces were filled before. I've attached a screenshot so you can see the space. Could someone please tell me what I'm missing and how to get it back OR that I'm imagining things and the space was always there.
Thanks in advance,

It's called Extreme saver on my unlocked HTC 10 from HTC. I'm not sure if the Verizon model has it. It's a tile for saving battery life by basically turning your smartphone into a plain old phone.

Verizon phones do have it. Thanks for letting me know. I went into my settings and found Extreme Power Saving Mode under Power. It was turned off. I turned it on, then turned it off. When I went back to check, it reappeared. Thanks again for your help.

It happened again. The same icon disappeared. This time I found the cause. When I charge my phone, the icon is gone. As soon as I unplug it, the I on comes back. I think it's because you can't turn on battery saver while the phone is charging. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm on Verizon and I've never used it either. I'm on software version 1.82.605.6. Maybe it's the software and not the carrier.
