Quickie TMO Customer Service question

Is it in the U.S. with Engleese speaking reps or on some other planet like Metros? :rolleyes:

Been with T-Mobile 16 years and I think I've always spoken to US citizens.

I want to say the same... I haven't had to call but a couple times and I've had good luck with their customer service.
