Hello and welcome aboard. I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are saying... Do you want to get your old keyboard back, or you can't seem to bring up or use the keyboard on your device??
If it's number one, you can download and install your favorite keyboard from the Play Store (this is the place where you installed apps); however, if it's the latter, then tap on any text field and that should bring up your installed keyboard.
If your concern doesn't match any of the above, then it would be best to check inside your device's support forum for assistance.
