I use Pandora, dunno what the iPhone one is like AT&T has zero service anywhere near where I live. Pandora is free, just set up a username and pass, pick a song title/artist/lyric and it builds a station for you.
Getting my Droid on Wednesday, so forgive me that I don't know this answer. On my Blackberry I've been enjoying Pandora and Slacker. I know Pandora works from reading this message thread. However, I am curious if Slacker is available? I think overall the Slacker audio quality was better and you could also cache songs.
