Radio randomly plays

So I was just laying down watching TV when suddenly my Galaxy S9 started playing Akonic Radio, yes it's a real station I looked it up, and I had all apps closed. I have never heard of this station, nor do I have a radio app. Tried to close apps but seeing as how they were closed it was a dead end. Only way I got it to stop was to run device scan in settings. I have never heard a radio station on my phone before. Any thoughts???
Also I do NOT have WiFi on

I know this post is from September but this exact thing is happening to me right now and nobody seems to have any info on it. Did you ever find a fix/cause?

The only fix was running a scan through your settings/device maintenance. Never happened again but it was the strangest thing.

Quite possibly you must of accidently turn on the app, use a great cleaner, SD maid or Ccleaner to terminate it.
