Radio switch is Off , but I can't find it.

OI have been trying for months to switch off the Aeroplane Mode, but have failed miserably. There is a Radio Switch somewhere that is switched off, however the problem is that I can't find this switch setting. The V20 H990N Dual SIM, is an amazing phone. 
I would appreciate any clues that some wise person could give me.

That may be a hardware issue

Go to Settings -> Network
There should be an Airplane Mode option there to turn off and on.

Or press and hold the power button, a menu should pop up with Airplane Mode as one potion.

Those are two common ways, but since you've been trying for months have you already tried them? I've seen a couple posts about an update turning off the V20 radio, did it happen after an update?
