Radio toggles for notification bar like Samsung

My friend has the new Samsung Captivate and I love the radio toggles that appear at the top of the notification list when you pull it down to turn on/off bluetooth, wifi, etc. I know that is part of TouchWiz. Are there any apps that can give a non-Samsung phone something similar?

I think that is much better than having the toggle widgets on a home screen.
