Radio tuner (Not using internet)

I see there are few threads about this app, but eventually they all were diverted again to internet radios..

I travel across cities quite a lot, so i cannot use my mobile internet apart from my home city since it goes to roaming.. So is there any real app which can just tune into the available fm or am stations over air? without internet??

There is no app to listen to FM radio, its a hardware tuner. If your phone has the tuner, you can listen to FM radio. If it doesn't, the only way is to use streaming radio.
