Rainmeter: "Get rainmeter to run this skin"

I'm trying to install this to get a new customisable start menu button for my desktop.
The instruction are given below:

n there you should find another folder named 'Start Button' along with an exe (application) called 'openstartmenu'.
- Copy, cut, drag and drop whatever, 'openstartmenu' to [?:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Plugins] which should be the default path. If it's not, then you should be intelligent enough to locate your Plugins folder.
- Now, provided you've extracted correctly, get Rainmeter to run my skin.

I can easily move the .exe file to the PLugins folder, but I don't get how to run it with Rainmeter?

Looks like an interesting skin, I'll try it out when I get a chance to and let you know if I have any luck in figuring it out my self
