I have low memory in abdroid.I have tried everthing I know to do.I dont kniw much about rim and ram .this ohone doesnt give me the options to move to sd card.so I got fike explore. Dont know how to use it.help

RAM is the phone's working memory. Android will keep this quite full - that is normal and correct behaviour, so don't worry about it. Do not install a task killer or memory optimiser or whatever else they call them, those will just slow the phone down and use more power (they claim to do the opposite, it's a lie).
ROM refers to the area the operating system is stored in. Not your problem. Some sloppy stores refer to the internal storage as ROM to distinguish it from RAM - this just causes confusion, but you should be aware that some do it (so if you see "2GB RAM/16GB ROM" in a spec that means 16GB internal storage in total, including system storage).
Then there is the "internal storage", i.e. space for your apps and data.
There's a sticky thread at the top of this forum that explains storage.
Android hasn't supported moving apps to SD since version 4.0 (3-4 years ago). A file explorer won't let you move apps to SD either. Even if you could access the files (which unless you are rooted you can't) all that would happen if you moved them is the phone wouldn't know where they were any more, i.e. the app would stop working.
