Ram usage is always at max

For last 3 days my phones RAM is always around 3 - 3.2 GB. I'm not using any high intensive apps only social apps. Is this normal or is there any problem ?

Have you noticed any performance issues? If not, then I'd say you're okay.

Try looking at Ram Truth to see what's going on. This is what my G6 looks like.

Android is designed to keep RAM occupied. If you aren't using intensive apps it will still have recent or frequently-used apps cached there ready for when you do use them (this saves time and power compared to loading them each time you use them). So in itself what you report doesn't sound like a problem.
