Unfortunately you can't add RAM to your phone, it has a set amount that can't be changed.
Or if you mean most of your RAM is being used - Android is good at managing RAM and this usually isn't a concern.

Try a power off... power on from a power button press. It's a soft reset. That cleans up some memory.

Clearing your cache can free up a lot of memory.
But that isn't the same as RAM.
