Random Crashing

Hi there,
I have a samsung galaxy s running go launcher ex and i am having a big issue...
random app crashes. i uave downloaded quite a few apps bt i have barely used the internal storage (300mb/2000mb) i am rooted but previously it has been fine.
flashing a rom is a option and im currently slowly working on that.

Can someone please help me?!

Do you get same problem with other launchers..??...
OR
Best to flash another ROM or flash better kernel.. Seems system killing all app processes..semaphore kernel is a beast for system/apps management

All launchers unfortunately, I did a factory reset and it improved, and then when reinstalling apps I found the problem started when I installed Facebook....... I'm not willing to get rid of it haha
