Help Random ICS notice on my epic touch!

This morning, as I was texting, I received a random notice to SUPPORT ICS. For some reason, however, as soon as I closed the prompt, nothing happened. I checked for updates and there were none. Glitch?

Btw it wasn't a random pop up advertising. It was after I closed my stock messaging program.

It was a popup? not a SMS? Was there a message in the notification bar? I think it was a fake app.

Yeah I haven't received any other notices. I'm guessing it was an advertisement. Oh well.. :/
