Random restarts

Love my Z Play but today it has randomly restarted 4 times. Frustrating because I have never had an issue with this phone for 1 1/2 years. I uninstalled the last app I installed and it restarted once more. But it hasn't happened since then. Any ideas on what would cause it to restart?

Poorly written code in some app.
Happens all the time on any device

Well, I ended up doing a factory reset and my phone is working fine again. I lost some data that I thought I had backed up but nothing major.

I had a serious issue with my pervious phone a nexus 6 doing restarts at random in its last few months of life. The final straw came when it started factory resetting by its self. I have the LG G6 now and probably three times it has restarted

I get it sometimes and it's really annoying.
