Help Randomly disconnected from its phone network???

At first I looked over it, but this time it really caused me trouble! So my phone once randomly decided to disconnect from its network, and I cannot call or receive call, nor send a text message! And it did it to me this morning when I was waiting for an important call (internet was working strangely...)! What could be the issue? Why it suddenly decides to disconnect from its mobile network? I didn't even do anything in the settings! And only way I can reconnect it to the network is by shutting it off and back on! Somebody please help ASAP! Thank you!

I'm no expert but It's probably one of two things, (1) your network mobile operator or (2) the phone is defective

Have you tried checking other people you know that have same mobile operator like yours??
