Razor Max Reboots

my phone reboot from time to time on it's own, and sometimes it shuts off and does not come back on. I am running 4.1.2 and am not rooted. I keep my cache clear. Short of a factory reset, any ideas?
 
Run in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them). If it stops then it is caused by an app that you added.

The results may not totally valid if you did not do a Factory Data Reset after your last major system upgrade.
