Help Razr camera loses focus before shot

Anyone else have this issue? When I take a photo, I first touch screen to focus on a point of interest. After that comes into focus I press the camera button to shoot the photo. When I do that, it goes slightly out of focus before shooting. What am I doing wrong?

Press the shutter button only once. The camera will focus then take the picture. If you press the button twice the camera is trying to re-focus again.
