Help Razr issues

Girlfriend's Razr hasn't has 4G for who knows how many days and she's only had the phone for only almost a year.Her phone slows down all the time even after clearing the cache.I'm just getting irritated that this is happening to a decent phone

carve out some time, back everything up and do Factory Data Reset, that will clear out your phone, then set it all back up again
