Root RAZR JB root work for RAZR HD ?

According to the exploit it will not work on HD, M, etc...

It does at least give hope that one might be on the way soon.
 
If you want to be rooted and on JB, just do what I did. Use the following utility...

You will downgrade to stock ICS, root, use Voodoo Rootkeeper and update to JB. FYI, after downgrading you have the option of restoring to factory or not. I restored just to make sure no issues arise.

Also, the following video on youtube, the guy uses the utility and shows you how to do it (22 minute video as he doesn't turn it off during the steps).
