Help RAZR no longer connecting to computer?

Trying to connect my razr to my laptop but my laptop no longer recognizes my phone?

Whenever I plug it in via USB , it no longer gives me the option to go into Windows Mode , USB Mass storage, Charge only, etc... It just charges and says the device can not be recognized. Anybody had this problem before?

Just a guess, but reinstall the Motorola drivers from the website and see of that helps...

I had that problem using an aftermarket USB cable, even the cable at the Verizon store would not work. Bought a new factory cable and all is well.

I have multiple cables, and the cable I used to use religiously didn't work anymore after the .181 update. I had to switch to another cable. Neither was the one that came with the phone.

Not sure why it doesn't. I was using a LG USB before but now I switched back to the orginial and it seems to be working like new now. Weird.
