Help razr no service/rebooting/factory reset disaster!!

ok so i have made a mess, so heres the story, so my phone died, plugged it in and turned it back on. had no service, little red no service symbol restarted it a couple times, in and out of airplane mode a couple times, didn't fix anything, then my phone started rebooting constantly, will only stay on for about 45 seconds. so I thought I would just factory reset it and hopefully would fix everything, well it got into the process and rebooted itself, so now it comes on to the select language screen I hit start and it reboots itself before it can get through the process. if anybody has any ideas id really appreciate any help, oh and when I do a button mash and start in recovery mode I get the dead robot with red triangle, like I said complete disaster. thanks in advance!
