I think I am going with the Nexus, but I am interested in all of them
 
I voted on Galaxus - that's my next phone on upgrade #2 if I can swing it (I currently have the BIONIC).
 
The processor in the Nexus is going to be faster then what is in the Rezound. I will be getting the Nexus on launch day.
 
I'm waiting for the 2nd generation LTE radios to be installed in the phones. Hopefully this will be happening sometime early next year. "Til then, my Droid X will have to keep serving me well!
 
to learn more about the nexus you should all visit the galaxy nexus forums, its got more useful information than you may know

like the processor in the nexus is actually the fastest processor on the market right now, just wait for the quad core phones lol
 
I'm leaning Nexus, but if the camera on the RAZR is by some lucky accident better than average I would be very tempted to get that instead.
 
I voted for the Galaxy Nexus.... because it is a Galaxy phone and it is a Nexus phone.... the best of both worlds. :)
