Root Razr stuck in bootloop

Newbie
Rooted my wifes razr just now, everything went fine. Downloaded titanium backup pro and started freezing the normal bloat crap, didn't delete anything. Set the phone down for a little while, picked it back up and it was off. Wouldn't turn on with normal power buttons, had to do the volume down plus power to get it to force boot. Now it gets stuck on the boot up screen and keeps vibrating like it's about to load up but doesn't. Have never had a problem rooting other phones. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Something else to add, I can get into the recovery and everything on the phone, but when I select recovery, a little android pops up with a red triangle and and explanation point over it with a little cover opened up. Like there is something wrong with the system. Again, I didn't delete anything only froze and the phone was working fine for awhile after.

sounds like you're on step 4 of this procedure, quoted from another thread about clearing the cache

found online

To wipe the cache on a droid razr that is NOT rooted:

1. Turn the phone off
2. Press and hold the power button and that vol up AND vol down keys all at the same time untill it loads into the screen where you can select "recovery"
3. Use the vol down key to highlight "recovery" then use the vol up key to select it
4. Wait for it to boot up (not pressing anything) untill you see an Android and a ! Inside of a triangle.
5. Once that screen appears, press the vol up and vol down key at the same time
6. It should load the recovery menu, press the vol down key to get down to "wipe cache" then use the power key to select it
7. When it is done, go to "reboot system now" and select it with the power key.

And thats it, no root needed

Thank you! Got it to work with a data wipe and factory reset. Now I am back to normal, not sure if it's still rooted. I have no clue what went wrong, I rooted it and froze normal bloat crap and that didn't seem to cause any problems. I set the phone down and about 20 minutes later picked it up and it was off. Any ideas what caused it?
