RCA Tablet rct6378w2 brick

This tablet is basically a brick. I can get to the factory reset (sometimes) by pressing the up volume and power button. I delete everything and then REBOOT. Nothing happens. The darn tablet is still stuck on the RCA boot page with the RCA logo with the dogs. Any ideas?

Need more info. Did it just stop working, or soft-brick after installing an app? Or did you try rooting it?

Yes, it just stopped working from what i remember. I gave up on the device and had it on a shelf for the past year. I don't think i downloaded any particular app that i dont have on any other device i use. I usually keep downloads to a minimum and use the tablet for just Netflix, email, google search, maybe Hulu... Anyhow. Any help is appreciated.
