The activation code that Walmart puts on your receipt to put in the tablet before you can use it .
Sounds like RCA and Walmart don't trust their customers. It's a loss prevention measure. Like the security tags on clothes.
Where did you obtain the tablet, Walmart?
I've never heard of this before, but I guess you need to turn on the tablet and input the activation code that's printed on your receipt
