I have a Galaxy s2 epic ... thru Boost. After approx. 93 days owning it.. The silver charging pin in the center of the charging port snapped off. I was a Boost customer for 5 or 6 years... nd really liked the service. i carried the ins. but when tried to make my claim, they continued to tell me that it was on backorder... i hooked up an old phone, that lasted a month or two, trying to keep my service with boost. I was forced to switch services when the older phone quit working, leaving me phoneless. Being a single mother.. this is not an option. I was given an LG smart phone... thru net 10 to borrow from a friend. This forced me to have to switch carriers... I dont care for NET 10 as much as I did for Boost, But this is my only option at this time.

So my question is... Is there anything Boost can do to help me out. I have asked a couple electronics places, as well as 2 separate Boost stores. None of which could or were willing to try to fix it.
 
The S2 is a discontinued phone so may never be back in stock

I do not know the terms of your insurance but normally when replaceable they will give credit to another device.
