Root Re-root manually, Advanced Stock Rom/MultiRom

1st gen Nexus 7, Wifi, 4.3, TWRP 2.6.0, Multirom.

I installed [ROM][Wi-fi][4.3 JWR66V] ADVANCED STOCK ROM [!!!Quick Settings] Aug10.08.2013, from the XDA site, as a secondary rom on internal storage. I have Stock 4.3 internal and CM 10.2 as another secondary rom. Superuser works fine on stock root and CM 10.2 but I cannot get root on the Advanced Stock ROM. I havent reached the 10 post minimum, on XDA, to post in the developer thread for the rom. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did anyone ever answer your question on this? I am also wondering how to re-root a secondary ROM.

All you should have to do is boot into TWRP and select the multirom menu under advance.

Select your ROM in question and you will be presented with a few options, you will simply flash the supersu zip file and it should take.

SuperSU Download

You may want try an earlier version of the su zip, the 1.99 may be a bit buggy still as SuperSu is being overhauled.
