Unfortunately Android OS does not support farsi at the moment which is sad, I have tried a couple of solutions so far with no luck, there are solutions on the web though for rooted phones which means your warranty on the phone would be void. I have logged the issue with Google Code Android, but dont hold your breath, as things are pretty slack.
